Installation and maintenance of throttle valve

The installation and maintenance of throttle valves should pay attention to the following matters:

This valve often requires operation, so it should be installed in a position that is easy to operate.

During installation, pay attention to keeping the medium direction consistent with the arrow direction marked on the valve body.

Orifice clogging reason:

1. Mechanical impurities in the oil or impurities such as gum, asphalt, and carbon residue precipitated by oxidation accumulate at the throttle gap.

2. Due to the generation of electrically charged polarized molecules after oil aging or being squeezed, and the potential difference on the metal surface of the throttling gap, polarized molecules are adsorbed onto the surface of the gap, forming a solid boundary adsorption layer. The thickness of the adsorption layer is generally 5-8 microns, which affects the size of the throttling gap. When the above accumulated and adsorbed substances grow to a certain thickness, they will be washed away by the liquid flow and then re attached to the valve port. This cycle of repetition creates a pulsation of flow.

3. When the pressure difference at the valve port is large, due to the high temperature at the valve port, the degree of liquid extrusion increases, and the metal surface is also more susceptible to friction and the formation of potential differences. Therefore, when the pressure difference is large, it is easy to cause blockage.
