Production Overview
NXQ energy storage is an indispensable and important part for hydraulic system. It has the functions of saving energy, stabilizing pressure, reducing energy consumption, compensating leak, and absorbing pulse impact.NXQ series energy storage adopts petroleum base hydraulic fluid as working medium.Hydrogen is filled into the bladder. The energy storage may work within the range of 10-+70.It has thread and flange connection types. Small and large port structures are available. The large port structure facilitates the change of the bladder.
Working principles
NXQ energy storage is composed of bladder and shell. Hydrogen is filled in the bladder while hydraulic fluid is filled outside the bladder. When the hydraulic fluid enters the energy storage, the bladder will deform under the force and the capacities will correspondingly shrinks and the stores the hydraulic fluid.Vice versa, the hydrogen will expand and drain the fluid if the system requires the increase of hydraulic fluid, compensating the system energy.
